TOMATO-CABBAGE SOUP | |
1/2 med. head cabbage, sliced or shredded 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 onion, sliced 1/2 c. lemon juice Dash of pepper 20 drops artificial sweetener Place ingredients in a pan. Fill with water 1/2 inch from the top. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours. 28 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Yield: 6 servings. |
