HOT PINEAPPLE SIDE DISH 
5 slices white bread
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 (1 lb.) cans crushed pineapple

Remove crust from bread, if desired and cut into 1 inch cubes. Melt butter in skillet and brown bread cubes in the butter, remove from heat and cool.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
