Have made this recipe several times and it is fabulous, sometimes I add a little vanilla powder for an extra treat. These are best right out of the waffle iron.

I made these sugar and fat-free by eliminating the sugar and substituting the oil with 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce. To die for!

I love the recipe and actually substitute honey for the sugar and add about 2 tsp vanilla.

Great recipe--definitely a keeper. I find that most waffle recipes call for whipped egg whites and my family wants them quicker! They were nice and thick--felt like I was eating something, not just air!
