IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Mix everything in blender and blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pie plate (9 inch). Sprinkle extra coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
