Fresh spinach
Chopped boiled eggs
Chinese bean sprouts, drained
Chinese sliced water chestnuts, drained
Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Arrange above items on dinner plate or salad plate.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix dressing and let stand in refrigerator for an hour to flavor.
