MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked & boned
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 jar picante or hot sauce

Mix together. 1/2 lb. Velveeta, American or Cheddar cheese

Crush Doritos and put half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour chicken mixture over Doritos and top with a layer of cheese and rest of Doritos.
