CRANBERRY APPLE CRISP 
2 c. raw cranberries
3 c. coarsely chopped apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine cranberries, apples and granulated sugar. Turn into a greased 8 inch square pan. Work together flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and salt to make crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
