CRANBERRY MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine meat with rice, tomato juice, egg, minced onion; mix thoroughly. Shape mixture and place in loaf pan. For topping combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove from pan onto platter. Pour cranberry sauce from pan; pass with meat loaf. Yield: 5 to 6.
