3 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Beat cooked sweet potatoes until smooth. Add the other ingredients and beat after each addition. Place in unbaked pie shell and bake for 40 to 60 minutes at about 325 degrees.
