RITZY CARROTS 
6-8 carrots, cooked and sliced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, broken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. dry mustard

Layer carrots, cheese, and crackers in a casserole. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over. Pat with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
