SWISS STEAK FOR 2 
3/4 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick)
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut steak into 2 pieces. Salt, pepper and flour steak. Brown in oil. Add tomatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Add green pepper, onion and salt. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
