QUICK AND EASY CHILI 
1 onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans

Chop onion and cook with ground beef until meat loses its red color. Add cans of tomatoes and chili beans; simmer for about 3 hours.

NOTE: Can easily be increased for a crowd with equal amounts of all ingredients.
