QUICK AND EASY CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 lg. onions (1 red for flavor)
1 (4 oz.) can hot chili beans
2 cans tomato soup
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Chili powder
Ground peppers, if desired

Brown meat and onions in Dutch oven. Add beans, soup, tomatoes, and brown sugar. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add chili powder to taste and peppers, if desired.

VARIATION: Add small carton cottage cheese when you add beans, soup, tomatoes and brown sugar.

WORKING MOM'S: Brown meat and onions, put in crock pot with the rest of the ingredients and cook all day on low.
