PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cans cherry pie filling
2 cans crushed pineapple
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 (8 oz.) bowls Cool Whip
1 bag coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake cake as directed. Crumble 1 layer in large punch bowl. Spread on 1 can cherry pie filling. Spread on 1 can pineapple. Drain off some juice if preferred. Prepare one box of pudding as directed and spread on pineapple. Spread on 1 bowl of Cool Whip. Spread on 1/2 of coconut. Spread on 1/2 of nuts. Repeat other ingredients. Top with cherries, optional.
