CHEESE - TOPPED TOMATOES 
2 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. fresh parsley

Slice tomatoes in half using a saw cut if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, and butter; sprinkle over tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Place tomatoes on an 18x18 piece of heavy duty foil; fold in sides and seal well. Grill tomatoes, seam side up, on an uncovered grill directly over medium hot coals about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
