PHILLIP'S FLOUNDER 
1 lb. flounder
Vegetable cooking spray
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Rinse and dry fish. Place in 12x8x2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice and next 7 ingredients; stir well. Pour on fish. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes until fish is flaky. Transfer fish to serving platter; spoon cooking juices on top. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 4 servings.
