3-4 lb. cut up chicken
1 c. apricot jam
8 oz. bottle Russian Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix

Skin and brown chicken under 500 degree broiler (optional). Place chicken in an oiled 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours, uncovered.
