2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or 1/4 c. butter

Cook to rolling boil for 3 minutes. Do not stir. Remove from heat and add: 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. old fashioned oats
