EASY PASTRY 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour OR 1/2 white and 1/2 w.w.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. hot water

Mix flour and salt in pie pan. Measure oil and water in same cup. Pour all at once into flour; stir until mixed. Gather into a ball in center of pan. Press out with fingers to cover bottom of pan and up sides; make rim and flute. Prick and bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
