ORANGE PINWHEELS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 tbsp. soft butter
4 to 4/1 2 c. flour

ORANGE FILLING:

1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange rind

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk and cool to lukewarm. Add milk, sugar, salt, butter and half the flour to yeast. Beat smooth. Add rest of flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl until doubled, punch down, let rise again about 30 minutes. Roll dough in a 15 x 9 inch rectangle. Mix orange filling. Spread on dough and roll as for jelly roll. Cut 1 inch slices and place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
