ORANGE POUND CAKE 
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1/2 stick butter
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cake flour
1 c. Orange Crush
1 tsp. vanilla and orange flavorings

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. orange flavoring
