ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can Parmesan cheese

Drain and chop artichokes. Add cheese and mayonnaise, dash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Pour in casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve at room temperature with crackers. (Stir enough to show artichokes and then spread on crackers.)
