ALMOND TURKEY BAKE 
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tbsp. flour
3 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. light mayonnaise
2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted, divided
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pastry for 2 crust 9 in. pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss 3/4 cup cheese with flour. Mix cheese mixture, turkey, celery, mayonnaise, 1/3 cup almonds, lemon juice, and seasonings. Roll pastry to 15 inch square on lightly floured surface. Place in 12 x 8 inch baking dish; trim one inch beyond edge. Turn under edge; flute. Fill with turkey mixture. Top with remaining cheese and almonds. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
