TURKEY-BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
2 c. cooked turkey, cut into strips
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Place broccoli in round 8 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Blend flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in Swiss cheese until melted. Stir in turkey strips. Spoon turkey mixture over broccoli in baking dish.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and the melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
