BUTTERFINGER BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour, sifted
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. evaporated milk or half and half

Cream butter and sugars. Blend in egg, peanut butter, soda, and vanilla; mix well. Sift in flour; add oatmeal. Mix well and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chips evenly on top. Turn oven off and let pan set on oven about 3 minutes to soften chips. Spread evenly. Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, and evaporated milk. Drizzle over chocolate layer. You can marblize in with knife if you like.
