AMERICAN STIR-FRY 
Onions
Cauliflower
Broc coli
Carrots
Mushrooms
Zucchini
1/4 tsp. soy sauce

Use any other fresh vegetable you wish.

In Teflon/Silverstone skillet place small amount of olive oil or recommended low cholesterol butter with 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce.

Slice vegetables whatever thickness you desire. I prefer mine thin. Cook, stirring as they cook until they are the degree of doneness you prefer. The less done they are the better they are for you. Serve as a side dish for a meal or a main dish over rice.
