MOCK CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve and let sit until almost set.

Cream together: 1 c. sugar

Whip into peaks: 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 lg. can chilled evaporated milk

When Jello begins to set mix everything together. Place into a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.
