CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned (about 3 lbs.)
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or sauteed fresh ones
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and arrange in shallow baking dish. Cover with mushrooms. Combine soup, wine, sour cream and pour over chicken. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
