BREAD (5 LOAVES) OR ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dried yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 can Eagle brand milk
3 1/2 c. warm water
4 c. whole wheat flour
6 c. white flour

Stir all of the above ingredients together. Add 4 cups whole wheat flour and 6 or more cups of white flour (enough to make dough). Knead and let rise until double in bulk. Form in loaves; let rise again.

You can make 3 loaves and 1 cookie sheet full of rolls from this recipe. Bake loaves 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees; rolls 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
