GOLDEN SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Blend soup, mustard, sauce and water; set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Blend in 1/4 cup soup mixture. Shape into patties; brown in skillet. Pour off fat; add soup mixture and parsley. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
