IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced, pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, soft
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Streusel (below)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Streusel, until smooth, 1 minute, with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate, sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes; cool.

STREUSEL:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix ingredients until crumbly.
