BROILED TOMATOES 
3 med. to lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. light sour cream
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of garlic salt
2 sm. green onions, finely minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Slice tomatoes into thirds or thick 1" slices. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. (Herbs may be substituted according to taste.) Place tomatoes in shallow baking pan. Cover the top of each slice with a dollop of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan, cracked pepper and dill. Broil for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned on top being careful not to burn.
