STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh med. or sm. button mushrooms
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened or tub
4 1/2 oz. can deviled ham
1 c. soft bread crumbs, half in mixture & half on top (crumbs on top are opt.)
1 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter

Wash mushrooms and remove stems; chop stems to make 1/2 cup. Melt butter and dip mushrooms in butter; stuff with mixture of other ingredients. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees until hot, 15 to 30 minutes.
