FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cream or milk
Pinch of salt
1 c. cream, whipped
1 banana, sliced
1 jar or can Royal Ann cherries, drained or 1 c. seedless grapes, halved
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Beat first 4 ingredients, fold in remaining ingredients. Freeze in cupcake papers set in muffin tins. After they are frozen, they may be stored in a freezer bag. 12-18 servings.
