BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1 c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour, divided 1 c. - 2 c.
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pt. blueberries

Dredge blueberries in the 1 cup of flour. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Add vanilla. Stir in 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Gently fold in blueberries and remaining flour. Place in a BUTTERED and SUGARED tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
