CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
4 lg. chicken breasts
12 oz. spaghetti noodles
1/4 bell pepper
1 piece celery
1/4 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 stick butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken (1 hour). Remove skin and bones. Chop chicken. Cook noodles in chicken broth (add water, if needed). Melt butter in skillet. Saute vegetables. Add all ingredients plus 1/2 cup of cheese. Put all into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
