CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. box spaghetti noodles, broken into sm. pieces
4 chicken breasts
Black pepper to taste

Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour. Debone, cool and cut into small pieces. Cook spaghetti noodles according to box directions. Drain. Saute onions and celery in butter.

Remove from heat and add soup, milk and 1/2 cheese. Stir in cooked noodles. Add chicken pieces. Add pepper. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly 20 or 30 minutes.
