MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme or 2 c. mini marshmallows

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, stir in cocoa. Add eggs, sugar, flour and salt to melted mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 11"x14" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When done, spread with marshmallow creme or marshmallows and return to oven if necessary to male topping. Cool cake. Frost with icing.

ICING: Melt butter and cocoa. Add milk and boil. Boil 1 minute. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
