FLOATING FRUIT PARFAITS 
1/2 c. green or red grapes, halved
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. cold water
1 small banana, sliced
3/4 c. ice cubes
1 c. plus 6 tbsp. Lite Whipped Topping
1 pkg. (4-serving size) strawberry flavor sugar-free low calorie gelatin

Divide fruit among 6 dessert glasses. Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and ice cubes until ice is completely melted. Pout 3/4 c. of the gelatin over fruit in each of the glasses. Refrigerate 20 minutes until set, but not firm.

Add 1 c. of the whipped topping to the remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon evenly over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Serve topped with remaining whipped topping.
