MOCK BOURSIN 
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. thyme
Pinch marjoram
White pepper to taste

Combine all together. Transfer to crock or bowl. Chill or refrigerate 12 hours. Yield: Approximately 1 cup.
