PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 family pack (8 to 10) assorted pork chops
2 cans French cut beans, drained
2 cans mushroom gravy
4 tbsp. soy sauce
6 sliced carrots

Brown pork chops, after coating with seasoned flour (salt and pepper) in small amount of oil. Place pork chops in roaster. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and cook another 15 minutes.
