1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Stir into the applesauce mixture. Beat well; fold in pecans. Bake in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
