SPINACH LASAGNE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 tsp. dried oregano Salt & pepper to taste 3 lasagna noodles 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream 6 slices mozzarella cheese Brown meat in a large skillet. Stir in onions, garlic, mushrooms and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain and discard excess fat. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Add spinach and soup to meat mixture; heat through. Add sour cream and stir to mix. Spoon half of the meat mixture into a large flat baking pan. Top with the 3 cooked noodles and 3 slices of cheese. Spoon remaining half of meat mixture over cheese and top with remaining 3 slices of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
