SPINACH LASAGNA 
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 sm. pkg. defrosted and drained spinach
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Lasagna noodles, uncooked

Pour layer of sauce on 9 x 13 inch pan. Put layer of dry lasagna noodles over sauce. Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and spinach. Put 1/2 of this over noodle layer. Layer of Mozzarella cheese, 2nd layer noodles, top with rest of cottage cheese mixture, and top with Mozzarella. Pour rest of sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
