SPINACH LASAGNA 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Lasagna noodles
Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix ricotta cheese with 2 eggs. Add spinach to cheese and egg mixture.

In a 9x13 inch pan, put sauce on bottom, lasagna noodles, cheese and spinach mixture and half of cheese. Repeat. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
