PRALINES 
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 can (5 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. pecan halves

1. Cover 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper. Set aside.

2. Use wooden spoon to mix brown sugar and milk in 2 quart glass bowl. Stir until lumps disappear.

3. Add pecans. Microwave high 6 minutes. Stir, microwave high 3 minutes.

4. Mix for about 3 minutes. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Let harden and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
