BAKED PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 c. raw rice
6 lg. onion slices
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. Tabasco
6 lean pork chops
Salt to taste
6 lemon slices
6 tbsp. chili sauce

Brown pork chops in oil. Remove and drain all but 4 tablespoons of fat. Stir in raw rice. Arrange pork chops on top of rice. Place on onion slice, lemon slice, and tablespoon of chili sauce on top of each pork chop. Add tomato juice and Tabasco. Cover tightly and bake until tender, about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
