BARTLETT PEAR PIE | |
6 or 8 pears 1 tsp. cinnamon Dash of salt 1 tbsp. flour 3/4 to 1 c. sugar 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg butter Peel and slice pears. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour. Put in unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and top pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
