BBQ BEEF 
1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Salt and pepper

Place meat in roaster. Mix ingredients and pour over meat. Cover. Cook at 275 degrees for 5-6 hours until meat will shred when stirred.
