BARBECUE BEEF 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
2 chopped onions
1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
Garlic salt, to taste

Put roast in pan and add 1 inch of water. Sprinkle garlic salt and onion on the roast and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for about 5-6 hours (or until the meat balls off the bone). Core and skim the grease off the meat. Put the meat back in the pan and put in barbecue sauce and a little water. Put back in oven for 1 hour.

Be sure to keep checking for enough water so the meat doesn't dry out. Serve on buns.
